💙⁣ I am often encouraging clients who want to feel better YESTERDAY ⁣ ⁣ Healing takes time, I say. Give yourself some grace. You are doing great, and making great progress! You didn't get sick overnight, and you won't wake up tomorrow feeling perfect. They know these things. They just need to hear that their hard work is not for nothing and they WILL feel better.⁣ ⁣ Well. Just so you know, I have to tell myself this, too.⁣ ⁣ I'm in a new environment that is way more conducive to healing and I am already seeing lessening of many symptoms. ⁣ ⁣ But I want to be whole - I want to be healed. I want these mycotoxins and gut bugs OUT OF MY BODY NOW! ⁣ ⁣ I want this chapter to be over. And, yes, I've been here before but in a different way. So I'm trying to be patient and not get frustrated and call myself broken. I won't rush things, I will listen to my body. I will give my body all the support it needs to heal. And since I'm breathing these words like a whisper of a prayer, Amen. ⁣ 💙⁣

💙 We moved! 💙⁣ ⁣ It's been quite a journey, to say the least.⁣ ⁣ We said goodbye to Texas and moved back to my hometown. ⁣ ⁣ It's been an adjustment, especially for my kids. Me, I'm happy to be near family again. It's been rough to be so far, especially since l o c k d o w n s started.⁣ ⁣ So here's to being able to mom, work, and play in a much better physical and mental state.⁣ ⁣ Mold is no joke, y'all. We had a beautiful day! My kids don't like being posted on here, but Louie will take allll the admiration 😁. He's also the reason we don't have ornaments on the tree, and the gifts had to be placed on the table instead of under the tree. Merry Christmas, y'all! 🌲 ✝️

It's small business Saturday! ⁣ ⁣ Running a small business while running a small army alone is not what I thought my life would be.⁣ ⁣ I love it, though! Isn't it funny how that works?⁣ ⁣ Ok, if I'm honest, I don't love all of it. The tech, the accounting, and even posting on social media can be tough. My new favorite meal - meatza! Honestly, I put off trying it because I thought it would be gross 😝 ⁣ ⁣ It can be hard when you choose to avoid some foods for the sake of your health. ⁣ ⁣ Sometimes I feel kinda jelly watching other people posting recipes without having to play these games BUT it's worth it to feel good 🙌 🙌⁣ ⁣ Anyway, this was really simple and really good. ⁣ ⁣ Just flatten/roll out ground beef in a parchment lined pan, season, and bake at 400° for about 10 minutes. ⁣ ⁣ Chop your vegetables. ⁣ ⁣ If, when the meat "crust" is done, there's a lot of grease/liquid, just use a spatula to lift it while you dump and put down fresh parchment. ⁣ ⁣ I'm mostly AIP, so I didn't use pizza sauce, but you could.⁣ ⁣ Spread your shredded cheese (I recommend @violife_foods if dairy free) then layer your veggies. Broil until cheese is melted.
