I’m a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, a single mom of four, an entrepreneur, and about twenty other things. You know. You wear all the hats, too, even if they’re different.
11 years ago, during a time of severe, ongoing stress, my health completely fell apart. I had soul crushing fatigue, anxiety, brain fog, and stubborn extra weight that wouldn’t come off even with restricting calories. I had so many digestive symptoms, too. I was a mess. I had no understanding of healthy boundaries or true self care. I was trying to take care of my four children, dealing with severe stress and difficulty in my marriage, taking care of my home, and homeschooling. It was SO OVERWHELMING! The thought of making any changes – even small ones – to help myself heal just added more stress. But I knew something had to change.
I did hours and hours of research, adapting everything to my crazy life. This is how I implemented changes – hot mess style. At first, I felt guilty and lazy for taking what felt like shortcuts but guess what? I started having more energy and better sleep. My panic attacks stopped. I felt more clarity of mind, and was better able to set much needed boundaries. I learned that sometimes you have to cut out what is toxic – and this applied to foods, products, and people.
My weight started normalizing and my clothes fit better – without dieting! I was able to exercise again, which helped me feel better both physically and mentally. I grew stronger and was able to leave an abusive marriage. Then I took it next level – I studied to be a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner! I wanted to give hope to other moms and help them learn to heal. Now I can give YOU the exact plan to follow to get results fast.

It took me YEARS to see my own worth and understand the value of investing in myself. It took seeing the cost if I didn’t – both financial and the cost of my quality of life. Here’s the thing. You are worthy of care and love. You are deserving of good quality food to help you heal. You are deserving of the time and space you need to truly care for yourself and your needs.
